Silver Threads Among The Gold
It has been over 5 years ago now since I stopped coloring my hair! I have a natural mix of silver and blond. It has been very freeing!
Over a year ago I decided to stop coloring my hair, and embrace my grey natural look. I did hate this growing-in phase. I should have just bitten the bullet and cut my hair short at the beginning. But I believe longer hair is sexier and more feminine than short on me. I am also feeling proud of myself. I’m past the "one day at a time" phase, when I couldn’t stop thinking about my roots. Now it’s like watching bulbs peek out from under the winter snow:
